Yall, I’ve been working two (and a half) jobs all summer to try and save up for a car that my friend was going to sell me. I was so happy and honestly felt like all my prayers were finally being answered, just for the car to fall through 🥲 I kind of knew the car was too good to be true so I’m not too discouraged but I’ll admit I am REALLY SAD. Financially I’m the closest I’ve ever been to having a car in my life right now so that’s a plus but every other car is so much more expensive then the one they were going to sell me... I’m very tired of walking/ubering everywhere, esp in this heat and with uber costing so much money. I won’t let this setback win, but ya’ll…. I was 🤏🏼 THIS close to ordering a drink when I went out with my best friend the day I found out. Just to bite the edge off after learning about this you know… Glad I didn’t give in though because in a few hours I’ll officially be one week sober again. I’m proud of myself, but so tired. Wish me luck as I try ONCE AGAIN not to give up kind strangers 🥲
