Only been ~23 hours vape free so far. I go to bed late asf and it was difficult for me to fall asleep last night after not vaping (I always have trouble sleeping anyways so im not 100% it was solely bc I’m not vaping). I’m not sure how tonight will go since I just woke up from a nap and it’s 11:52pm😭💀 But we’ll see what happens & if I remember, I will come back for an update!
