2 weeks sober

Been tracking my sleep for awhile now but have noticed than in the 2 weeks since I’ve quit drinking my REM and deep sleep ( the restorative part of sleep) has dramatically improved I’m more physically active as well..so that might play a part as well I am having a hard time though with anxiety despite these positive changes.. Is that normal?
