I’d say overall my habits have gotten much better. I’m enjoying the gym more and doing more cardio. I’ve been sleeping better than I have in years. I work in a brunch restaurant so early mornings after a night out was a very common occurrence. I’m sleeping all the way through the night which I’ve always had problems with. The thing I’m struggling with most is my change in diet. While I am working out more and I generally eat pretty healthy, I’m finding myself crave something sweet very often. Which in the grand scheme of things is not awful, but I don’t want to trade one problem for another. I’m one month and two days sober and I’m feeling healthier and happier than I have in a very long time.
