ice cold water works well for me and when i was little smelling things in the fridge calmed me down, that and blasting music. To this day, music ofc is my favourite technique, followed by ice baths, or showers, jumping in ocean, etc. i spent alot of time in highschool learning grounding techniques for my anxiety, one of the other ones i learned is applying pressure up and down your arm with your hand and switching.. another was going from Heal to toe on your feet. Breathing techniques are always good for grounding. Running and cold water it think are my favourite.. but i tend to not want to do them so blasting music if you can, if not i recommend physically pressure that does not cause pain. Yeah thats all i can think of on the spot 😅 but i think imma make a list of coping healthy and grounding techniques and stuff like that and post it another time :)
