hi all im 106 days sober and clean i just went to see a friend of mine and he didnt know i was coming to see him that quick he wanted to drink a beer before i arrive and when i saw him he was drinking it and now i have a huge trigger I was feeling so bad but it’s better now I didnt drink Proud of myself 🙏
