I want to thank my ex… unfortunately he would criticize my drinking and outright insult me on it. It hurt but I kept drinking till after I left him I drank way too much then a week ago I up and quit everything except smoking . The way it made me feel to have someone think those things and say them and sometimes the things he would tell me I did the night before would kill me I never want another person to ever see me so rough in life like that again. But I will never thank him . I will thank myself for putting in as much effort as I have and will continue to put into myself ! Stay safe and stay sober my friends❤️
