Today I am 1 month and 28 days sober from alcohol. I ran into a person today from the last time I drank. I tried my best not to overthink and cringe. That night doesn’t define who I am. I felt a bit awkward and couldn’t hold eye contact. I was scared of judgement. I am trying my best.
