Im going on 1 day sober. I get to a week then relapse. Yall help me. 😭 this is all so overwhelming. Alcohol is by far the hardest thing I've ever tried to quit. Im sober from hard drugs for over 15 years but can't quit Alcohol. Im so frustrated
