a small goal i need to complete this week, altho due last week, is getting some blood work done. im not afraid of the process, just hesitant to see my results. its hard to explain but i am n have been sober - its just a mental block ik i need to push thro. my goal is to get it done by thurs, ill have therapy rt after so ik ill have the support for whatever my follow. ill delete the portal tht would show me the results since my provider will have them once they’re ready regardless. it’s gotta get done!!
