I’m trying so hard to just live in the present. I get so down when I think about how I’m 44 and don’t have my own place, I have a shitty job, I have felonies getting in the way of bettering those two things. I’m single and what man is going to want someone in my position? But today I’m sober, I had a nice workout, I’m not withdrawing, and I have a roof over my head.
