Outside running. I had a complete tear on my Achilles tendon exactly a year ago today. While I’m not able to run no more than 10 mins a week, I miss it like crazy bc it was just myself, my thoughts, and the wind. Actually had a dream a couple days ago I was on a long distance run and said hi to random friends and people along the way. Hope to be there again one day. 🩵
