I have a safety plan, have made it with my therapist, and put my mom and grandma cus i genuinely have no friends. I have been sober for 6 days and only the crisis line operator and my therapist, and this group forum. I had massive anxiety, and my mom tried to support me. She brought my five year old sister while I was having an anxiety attack. I was crying in MY ROOM. Why would she bring a five year old in a room where somebody isn’t ok? And literally my therapist said, a 30 second hug. That’s all I needed. And I can’t even get that.
