A good morning for me looks like having ~30 minutes to just relax, lay in bed, be on my phone, and wake up before getting up for the day without anyone telling me to get up. Followed by a yummy breakfast with my mom’s caramel macchiato she that makes me (it’s really good). Since graduating college, I realized that I’ve been living for school and my education for my ENTIRE life. My nervous system doesn’t know how to relax, I’m in a constant state of anxiety, and my body is always tense, so from now on I need to start my mornings off slow, relaxing, and at my own pace🫶🏻
