I find that walking or jogging in nature for atleast 15 minutes puts my mind in a state of calmness and stillness that I look for but dont achieve with smoking. It makes me want to do something else that is productive like read or get creative or just spend more time in nature. Really takes my minds focus off of chasing the next puff to ease whatever is stressing me and reminds me that being present is more rewarding than numbing my feelings and muting my productivity.
