i broke my 1 month sober this past friday. i made some pretty questionable choices, and trying to make it through the embarrassment and feelings caused from it is taking a huge toll on me. do you guys have any recommendations on what i could do to get myself out of this constant feeling of guilt and depression because of what i did?
