Milestone reached on Sobo Alcohol: 1 day I have been alcohol free for one day! I know that may not seem to be such a “great” achievement but it’s great to me. I would go on benders and drink for days on end, but I don’t want to be like that anymore. I want to take control of my life, one day at a time.
