Guys I’m 1 month !! I actually can’t believe it. And I’m feeling great ! Life has actually felt like it’s gotten a lot better as well as my mental health. I never thought it would be possible because smoking is a really hard thing to let go of. But I’ve gotten past the hard part now it’s just sticking to it :)
