Blessed to be 6 months clean on purpose! I wouldn’t have been able to do it on my own. I was in an amazing 30 day treatment house and now I am in sober living. Transitioning back into regular society is such a key factor in recovery success. So for anyone out there who is trying to do it on their own I highly recommend that you consider treatment and sober living. For 6 years my husband and I lived on the street and were deep in our addiction. But now in just 6 months time we are off the streets, clean and will be moving in to our own apartment soon. Thanks to the process of healthy sober transitioning we are rebuilding ourselves and our lives. A year ago I wouldn’t have thought this possible. But now my husband is working at a job he loves and I am going back to school. It feels good to actually feel excited about the future. Peace and much love to all, I believe in you.
