Hello guys, since yesterday I have to stop drink alcohol. It’s hard to start in such a random moment like this but I have to do it cuz my doc discovered I have heart problems (he work only at 45% of is capacity) and my doc ask me to cut this first. But lucky me the doc say at my age my heart can fully recover in like 6 months. Hope everything will goes well. Stay strong guys
